Dal Zotto is a popular maker of traditional, robust and rustic red wines of character and charm. Within its expansive range there is a delightfully refreshing and focused Riesling, a savoury Arneis and a chalky Pinot Grigio.

Dal Zotto is also responsible for Australia's first commercial production of the Venetian sparkling wine of Prosecco, making a deliciously savoury and nutty example that remains marginally drier than its European counterparts.
