Hollick is a well-established name in Coonawarra whose vines overlie a healthy measure of red dirt and whose winery is equipped with a superb restaurant. The dramatic improvement of Hollick wine, which commenced with the release of two terrific premium reds under the Ravenswood and Wilgha labels from 2006. They're all around about the same sweet spot, and reflect their varietal make up, especially the 'Hollaia' blend.
