Millbrook is an ambitions project in the perth hills owned by Peter Fogarty, also the owner of Lakes Folly in the Hunter Valley and an individual with a number of wine-related investments in Australia.

It specialises in table wines involvig Viognier, even to the extent of bottling three seperate levels of the white variety. The Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from Margaret River, is by some margin the freshest and most vibrant of Millbrook's wines.
