The oldest Clare winery, Sevenhill is still operated by the same order of Jesuit priests who bought the land it occupies in 1851. Recent years have seen the emergence of more cut and polish about its wines, which today more than ever provide a lively and vibrant reflection of their vineyards and seasons.
