Sarah Fletcher brings a great winemaking background working with the likes of John Vickery and Phil Laffer at Pernod Ricard Pacific formerly Orlando Wyndham) and has not taken long to develop a stylish, shapely expression of sauvignon blanc from Adelaide Hills fruit. Exemplified by the very restrained elegant 2009 release, these wines are more delicate, finely textured and less vegetative than most of their kind in Australia.
