In a what was a very short time, Bindi has become a signature vineyard and standard barer for the region.

Located on a wonderfully sunny cool-climate site whose varying, gentle but fortuitously directed slopes of grey loam soils have a healthy content of quartz, Bindi has released a stellar collection of musky, deeply flavoured and aromatic pinot noirs and a series of tightly focused, mineral chardonnays of remarkable intensity and brightness. The vineyard and winemaking philosophy set by Michael Dhillon, is to seek balance and purity in the expression of the various individual vineyard sites and this philosophy is applied to farming and conservation at Bindi, the preservation of the natural harmony.
