David Hook's vineyards are located in Belford region of the Hunter Valley. David has gleaned stylistic influences from winemaking experiences in Bordeaux, the Rhone Valley and Spain. He has now spent over 25 years growing grapes and making wine in the Hunter Valley with a stint at both Tyrrell's and Lake's Folly. Sourcing grapes also from across Central Ranges of NSW especially parcels from Orange. The Old Vine Pothana Semillon and Chardonnay are prime examples of what the Hunter does best. David's 'De Novo Bianco' is a deliciously textural and quirky white blend.
