Glenguin was first planted in the 1980s and the average vine age is now over 25 years. All of the Glenguin wines come from small single vineyard blocks on the Glenguin Vineyard property.
Glenguin`s vineyard has been established along the banks of the Wollombi Brook by Robin, Rita and Andrew Tedder, Robin and Andrew being the grandsons of Air Chief Marshal Tedder, made Baron of Glenguin by King George VI in recognition of his wartime deeds.
