Granite Hills is one of the cooler and later-ripening vineyard sites on mainland Australia. Its fully mature vineyard produces heady, aromatic Rieslings of deep floral aromas, piercing intensity and mineral undertones, which now rate amongst the very finest grown in this country.

Furthermore, when it hits perfect balance and ripeness, there are very few Australian cool-climate Shirazes able to rival that of Granite Hills.
