Greenbrier Park Vineyard

Hand picked grapes grown at an altitude of 740m above sea level, have already produced a trophy winning Sauvignon Blanc in its first vintage (2002) and again in 2004.The vineyard planted in rich basalt soils overlooking Mittagong faces north. Cool winds and reduced frost exposure have created a 'terroir' unique in this newly established wine region.
