Harvey River Bridge Estate is a 1,000 Tonne capacity winery with 60% of it's annual production used for domestic labels, 10% for Kosher wines and the balance allocated to export. The winery has 42 stainless steel tanks ranging from 6,000 litres to 40,000 litres, which are fitted with computer controlled refrigerated systems, monitoring fermentation on whites between 13° - 15°C, and reds to 25°C. The current holding bulk capacity is around 1 million litres. Inner staves are used in tanks with American and French barriques used in Malo Lactic Fermentation followed by aging over long periods combine to offer the different characteristics in the wines.
