favourites Shiraz, Chardonnay and Semillon. Made for your more daring
desires, Verdelho, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tyrian (an exciting
new crossbreed of Cabernet Sauvignon and the rare Spanish grape Sumoll)
bring annual production to around 8,000 cases.
