Kinvarra Estate

Nestled between the Salmon Ponds and Mt. Field National Park, Kinvarra Estate is situated at Plenty in the Derwent Valley wine region of Tasmania. Established in 1827, the 740 ha property originally grazed sheep and later cattle on dryland pasture. Irrigation now allows cropping and improved pasture. Viticulture came to Kinvarra much later in 1990.

David and Sue Bevan have resided at Kinvarra Estate for over 30 years where they raised three daughters - now adults and enjoying their own successes in lifes journey. Built in 1827 Kinvarra homestead features on the wine label.
