Larry Cherubino brings a wealth of experience from his winemaking days with some of the larger wine companies, combined with his consultant roles both in Australia and overseas. Experience takes you so far, and then there is that intuitive 'X-factor' that seems to be present in a few shinning stars - Larry is well entrenched in this elusive group.

The central pillars of Larry's wine philosophy appear to be - careful vineyard & fruit selection, purity of flavour and delivering wines that display a sense of place. Those places are dotted across Western Australian cooler wine regions, with particular focus on the Great Southern region.

The range of wines is split into 3 simple tiers: 'Cherubino' at the top, then 'The Yard, followed by 'Ad Hoc'. Truly worth seeking out some of Larry's extraordinary wines.
