Last Horizon is a culmination of Adrian’‘s passion for cool climate viticulture. Last Horizon comprises single vineyard wines from Tasmania, illustrating the unique micro climates of each region. The Tamar Valley wines are fruit driven and relatively approachable in their youth whilst the cooler climate wines are tightly structured and elegant, built for long term cellaring.
