Longleat's Shiraz has a greater accent towards ripe fruit than its Cabernet Sauvignon, but both are made with relatively under-ripe grapes and then matured in older, relatively neutral oak. Both are intended as cellar styles. The Riesling can be fresh and intensely flavoured.
