Constellation Wine Australia is steadily upgrading the quality of the Moondah Brook wines, even if the whites are perhaps a shade sweet for the regular wine drinker. Pick of the current crop – and by some margin – is the smooth and sweetly oaked 2008 Shiraz, which would destroy many a more expensive wine.
