Part-time artist and full-time doctor Graeme Bertuch is still known for establishing Cathcart Ridge Estate in western Victoria and for making the early vintages of its wines. A restless spirit, he has rekindled his passion for spicy, savoury Grampians region shiraz with his new Mount Cole Wineworks label, whose shiraz comes from his new site close to Mount Langi Ghiran.
