Mt Franklin Estate

Situated in the foothills of Mt. Franklin Daylesford Victoria 90 minutes drive north of Melbourne and 12 km north of Daylesford, in the Spa Country. The vineyard is planted on volcanic soil left behind after the eruption of Mt.Franklin many centuries earlier.The volcanic soils offer the vineyard a mixture of rich dark fertile soil peppered with mineral rich volcanic rock.

The water used within the vineyard is drawn from an artesian bore, over 180 feet below the surface. Its mineral composition makes it an ideal partner for the vines.
