Perrini Estate owns 20 acres of vineyards and is planted to the following varieties: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir.
The vineyards are situated 450 metres above sea level on a north/south facing slope. All fruit is handpicked and harvest is generally in late March/April.
Perrini Estate also source select parcels of premium fruit that is also hand picked and low irrigated to fulfill thier range of wines under the Perrini Estate brand. Perrini Eatate have production facilities, currently producing 100-500 tons and with capacity to increase to 2000 tons.
