Phaedrus Estate

Phaedrus Estate spans 4 Hectares on the Mornington Penisula and currently grows 4 varieties of grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Pinot Gris.

These wines have been available in various restaurants, cafes and bottle shops around Sydney and Melbourne since late 1998, and continue to grow with 3000 cases of excellent wine having been produced in 2011.
