Phoenix Estate

Phoenix Estate is a small boutique winery with 40 acres of vines with 13
varieties of grapes to choose from. Winemaking styles and techniques
have been adapted from Bordeaux, Rhone, Italy and traditional Australian
to complement the top quality Clare grapes.
