Sylvan Springs is a proud boutique wine producer, with a definite emphasis on quality as opposed to quantity. They are located in the township of Blewitt Springs, a sub-region of McLaren Vale which with its climate and deep sandy soils encourage gradual ripening, producing soft, luscious and fruity wines.
