The wines created at Temple Bruer reflect their philosophy of creating sustainable wines by mindfully working with nature. They believe that certified organic vineyard practices achieve healthy balanced vines leading to excellent fruit flavour and balanced wines. During winemaking they pay close attention to detail with the aim of minimising the use of additives and the movements of wine where possible.
