Guy Lamothe, who previously worked in wineries in France and on the Mornington Peninsula, produces small volumes of handcrafted wine at Cottles Bridge, just 40 kilometres northeast of Melbourne. His best wine is his Pinot Noir, whose easterly aspect enables it to capture the early morning sunshine.
