Chris and Jo Davies are big believers in growing wine, not making it, anything that can be done by hand in the vineyard or winery is. The hero for brand is the quality of the fruit us is and always will be the fruit. They run 9 different varieties planted across their little vineyard, lots of different blocks on different dirt with varying row orientations.
