From the small house of Devaux, Champagne winemaker Michael Parisot collaborates with Yering Station in the making of this blend from different Victorian cool-climate regions.

The wines have evolved into a fine, chalky and mineral style with perfume and a linear movement of flavour down the textured palate and in other words, an ideal aperitif.
